Let me put in my 2 cents worth about TP Cebu...I was an external hire TL there, did my job well and just bcoz I defended my agents, you know helped them with payroll/HR questions during their orientation they looked for a way to get me kicked out. What ways? They fabricated witnesses, forced one of my agents to speak on their behalf and this person escalated the alleged "issue" blasting the email to ALL the heads of the site without even talking to me. What ever happened to chain of command and escalating to MY sup...

Add the crappy and misleading pay, incompetent HR dept...and you have a winner...hey I even have 2 close friends who they scr*wed wherein they termed them for performance issues wherein they could not present the signed evaluation or coaching logs....
