Bought 3 roundtrip ticket last June 18,2012 for june 23 trip from Oceanjet office in Pier 1.Last wednesday, we decided to cancell the trip because the client's husband was physically unfit to travel.I went to pier 1 to refund the ticket.Window one staff Lina Lagumbay told me to secure authorization letter from the passengers after checking the tickets,and the photocopy of the ids'.I went to the hotel and waited for 4 hours.The following day I went back to pier 1 and the lady inspect the tickets with the requirements.Now she told me that the tickets were "non refundable"but it's the number 1naka taas sa akong dugo.Ni taxi pa ko padung sa Ayala,nag linya sa taas kaayo nga pila para lng ingnon nga non refundable nga in the first place wla na unta ko naghago pa hulat sa passenger.Niadto ko sa ilang office then ingon to sa customer service wla daw ang manager on leave.Pwede daw e tranfer so mao na lang to ako option.Ni balik ko sa pila aron pa tranfer ang tickets.Ingon na pud ang naa sa window nga ang napalit daw nga tickets lahi nga promo.Mas ubos daw ug 2oo pesos so it's not transferable.Now the ticket is all but a piece of scrap.Non refundable,non transferable pa.
Ang nakalagutan lng nako kay ang misleading nga information nga ilang gihatag sa mga tawo.Dapat naa sila nakabutang sa ticket of naka post man lng nga conditions.Nahago pa ko,nalangay pa akong oras.
