hmm... if T-Bag's luck finally runs out then maybe the Hollanders can outwit T-Bag and escape.. T-Bag's always been one lucky dog he always manages to come out on top and outwit even the genius of Michael.. but den again, we'll never know..

here's my take:

the Welcome Wagon Lady will return, but this time with someone new. She was so fond and impressed with T-Bag before and maybe she told some of their neighbors about Mrs. Hollander's "new" husband. Basic American trait is when you are impressed and fond of a new neighbor, you will bring along others so you can have tea or whatever with them. And luckily one of the neighbor that Mrs. Welcome Wagon brought recognizes Bagwell and plays dumb. And maybe she/he contacts the police and they nail Bagwell.

But that's too easy don't you think?
