Garcias are already loosing their support from the administration party, and it would be a monumental task for her to win that post. Here's more - the DILG secretary Robredo will soon be coming out with the result of their investigation regarding Gwens irregularities (balili property, etc...) filed by the late Vice Gov Sanchez.

Instead of focusing on whether she is "winnable" focus instead on whether she has any LEGISLATIVE VISION that will lift up the Philippines and also whether she has a track record of being an EFFECTIVE opinion leader and mobilizer...
