Daily Reporting and Accountability:
Working off a master list of schools, I would like to see how many schools are being updated each day. When each school is completed, mark it off the master list and I will check the list each day.
Daily Work Description:We are looking for two V-As to help us update our recruiting database. We host a database on our website that allows users to search schools and find the contact information for college coaches across the U.S. The V-As duties will be as follows:
- Log in to our admin portal of our database and update the sport information for each school listed.
- Go through each school and update the following information in each sport available: coaches, position, phone number, email address.
- Find the updated information on the website of each athletic department for each school.
- Update the master list in an excel sheet showing how many schools you have updated each day.
