.. the problem in Greece is now about 2 years old or more. There are many richer countries than the philippines that can actually help them.

.. i can't see why sending out 1 billion USD can help us......... "in the future" ... i'm sorry, but that's an idiotic dream.

.. we are CURRENTLY-RIGHT NOW-TODAY... if that ain't clearer then i don't what is, again, RIGHT NOW, the philippine people are in need of good infrastructure both in the health and education sectors.

.. it's better to use that funds NOW to help the filipinos, than to hope that it will do good in the future .... is that so hard to understand ??
