    visit a rehab doctor brod, he'll refer you to a physical therapist with a list of appropriate exercises

    mao sad ni ako problema ron. layin' low sa kos squat kay murag naay something funny sa ako tuhod. maynta di ni MCL. taymsa, unsa manang MCL?

    I'm a PT, one very important step to follow is the " R.I.C.E. " program ( Just go to google then type search " RICE program for MCL "). And NEVER USE/ MOBILIZE/PRESSURIZE YOUR KNEE in any way before your Physiatrist checks with MRI or conducts special tests.

    If you follow the rules, recovery will complete after 1 to 3 months.
