Maybe bcoz of this so called contribution to IMF our external debt for 1st qtr of 2012 has increased to $62.9 Billion (convert that to peso and figure it out yourself). Yes that is true, the United States is one of nation in the top ten list (No 7) with the biggest external debt, but Japan is on the very top. Dont mind them, coz despite there debt troubles they are still able to provide excellent basis services, however our PITY GOVERNMENT CANNOT.

Wa jud nimo diay nakuha akong punto. Palihug ayaw quote ug part lang sa akong comment to avoid mis interpretation. Please read again the whole content of my comment. And then dugangan pa jud speculation gikan nimo na ang utang nato nidaku because nagpautang ta $1B? First quarter is from Jan to Mar right? Then kining pledge nato sa IMF just came out recently, do your math please..

And if you consider yourself and our country as part of the international community, then you should know what to do especially kung ang mga financiers na imo gi utangan sa una, needed nila ang help karon..

IMO, its ok to lend money, just as long as you wont leave your obligations/responsibilities to your nation behind.
