i enrolled na. nakaabot ko sa 50% off sa elite nla and i bought mine for 17k 1 year plus a month coz i brought with me my mom.. it's about 1.5k/ month which is same2 ra if nagcitigym ko.. =)

Hi GUys, what are the plans on Gold's Gym?
I read that there is an Elite Membership, what does it include and what are the other options, right now im currently at Metro Sports cheapest as I have checked compare to other Air-conditioned Gyms, lapit pa sa work

murag di pwede mga hardcore diri kay gamay ra silag free weights. mostly machines ilaha gamit unya naa koy nakit an didto na murag smith machine ba to or power cage. that's about the most badass equipment naa nila. not sure now. layu ras tino-od atong Gold's gym during Arnold's era. mga gahi kaayu!! karon commercialize na unya ilang crowd, well, ambot tan awa lang. anyway, maayu nalang sad para naay daghang choices ang mga taw which gym to workout.
