vitamins = vitamins.. wla cya supporting macronutrients.. mao na dli cya mo work... Go on a calorie surplus to gain weight... Exercise does a good role para ang lawas mas mo absorb sa mga nutrients faster.. you only need 1 hr sa gym.. but either way.. you can do home exercises.. weight training is the best way.. and it has been proven.. no one can achieve anything without hard work.. If you build a house.. it doesn't immediately finish right away.. it always start from scratch.. a mess.. diba? how can you reach the top of the mountain if you didn't even climb?

1. Start with a diet plan. You will need around more than 2000 calories a day. I am 5'10" @ 166lbs avg, 15% fat. i am bulking up to 200lb. i need around 2500-3000 calories and need to increase that over the next months.
By the way. my staple diet is oats, whey, tuna, olive oil, on weekdays (no rice or milk)-- it's a sacrifice
and i eat whatever i want on weekends. i am a cheap guy but i managed to eat 5-6 times a day with just P200.
2. Do weightlifting exercises - it's easy to gain weight when you follow #1 even if your are a so called hardgainer, but you will look fat and fat accumulates at the belly area Do push-up and pull up/chin up at your place if you don't want to go to the gym to at least gain some muscles.
I was 133lbs july 2011. really skinny for a 5'10"
I decided to get in shape, went to gym. I was up 148lbs by october 2011
then i had an biking injury, i stopped gym until mid feb 2012.
i was 143lbs feb 2012. started gym again.
now i'm 166lbs (170 at some days) and now i can do chest dips exercise 15+ reps.
