What is the Worst Hospital in CEBU Region??

For me, Dr. Ignacio Cortez General Hospital in Mandaue City is the worst Hospital on my own experience.. Poor Service like how to care patients, and even they don't know how to support patient when it comes to agony of pain or illness.. ingna ba naman ta sa DR. "basin huna-huna ra nmo maam" unsa ko boang mag create og kaugalingon sakit that's all i can say.. ikaw unsa hospital dinhi sa sugbu wa nmo angayi??share your experience here...

I had also bad experience sa Dr. Ignacio Cortez Hospital seriously. that's why maskin taga mandaue ko dd2 nlng ko sa Cebu Doc pacheck-up bahalag layo basta sulit imo bayaran og sakto serbisyo!
