    About being light headed. I haven't experienced it but my friend did. Based on my observation, it was because he didn't load up on complex carbohydrates an hour before hitting the gym and he also tended to quickly ramp up his heart rate by not warming up gradually.

    I follow the usual routine of eating a healthy breakfast, a granola bar at 10 am, healthy lunch, lots of complex carbo and some lean meat at 3 pm, and a granola bar again an hour before I hit the gym. At the gym, I do some low intensity cardio for 15 minutes and then followed by dynamic stretching. Resistance and then cool down (I either walk or spin) and then static stretching. If I missed my carbo-loading an hour before the gym, I cannot perform as well.

    I also do some plyometrics every weekend and while I do pant, I never felt light headed. I'm a bit worried about my knees though because a few of my plyometrics involved jumping forward and sideways.

    t.s im now serious on getting my face lean, im now at 149lbs 5'8 and before i was 160.. hard part for me now is getting rid of the double chin and fatty cheeks. need some advice on my diet?.. tnx more power 222pages!

    huhuhu...ang ako gihagu-an ug mga hapit 6mos nawala lang ug 3 weeks. from 190lbs to 178lbs na unta ko balik na pud 190lbs, saon ma-ibog man lagi sa junk foods. mind over body gyud ang gubat ani bah. nweiz naa unta ko pangutana sa mga masters kun ok ra ba after workout ang meal nako kay 8whole eggs+180g of tuna+140g of corned beef torta thinking na mo assist sya build sa muscle repairs? unya, 1hr treadmill 3x a week - 6-7kph - unsa gyud sya ka effective sa weight loss? thanks sa reply unya.

    monday: biceps
    tuesday:chest
    wednesday:shoulders
    thursday: triceps
    friday: back
    saturday: legs

    then 20min cardio everyday

    8 whole eggs is a little too much. 1 serving of a whole egg is 100% of the daily recommended dose of cholesterol for the body. Imagine eating 800% of the daily recommended dose.. Overkill? It is scientifically proven that dietary cholesterol doesn't significantly raise blood cholesterol when the diet is low in saturated fat.. But in your case... 8 eggs = estimated 40-50g of saturated fat. You're putting yourself in a big risk for heart complications in the future. I'd stick the 3-5 whole eggs and the rest egg whites. Weight loss = calorie deficit. Make sure you're eating more than you burn
