Apil2x lng ko ha. =) I disagree that the only time ilisan ang food is due to the mentioned above. Pwede mn ilisan ang food in the "tulo" case. Or they give it as an option, if dli ang customer, say okay ra dli ilisan, then they cud offer voucher/gc for next use. Take the case I had with Starbucks SM Cebu, I ordered a Grilled Cheese Sandwhich. Pag.abot sa akong sandwhich, naa diay chicken ila grilled cheese but wala gi-butang sa display counter nga with Chicken. Im a Pescetarian, so dli nako pwede makaon. When I told the barista my concern, they offered to have it replaced but I said nga ayaw nalng. Coz i can take the chicken off and nagdali ko. I only wanted to let them know of my concern. The manager who was right beside offered a GC right there and then, without any buts or ifs. I still got my sandwhich plus a GC, and a very good impression of their store.

Bai ang imohang concern is a totally different scenario which is very acceptable kay na justify nimo that you ordered a cheese sandwhich unknowingly na naay chicken diay so basically mura siya ug misleading but dili , an honest mistake lang .

Sa case sa ni reklamo , they were offered a compensation , a free fries or a discounted purchase on the enxt visit . Wala nila dawata and dili na siya fault na sa establishment . Let me ask you this , if that practice is honored , walay food service establishment mo lahutay because I cna come up with thousands of scams involving refunds , GS's , food exchanges etc . Like I said , that is not the reality and we have to face that fact .

Point is, not because mao ang reality, we'll let it be. Dapat utmost customer service. But mao ni usual problem sa is aka bag-o nga branch gyud. So in this case, i will always give it a second chance.

Utmost customer service does not equate to the issue . If you give in to the demands of a customer specially on the absence of validity of the integrity in whatever complains there is , it does not work that way . As consumer of course mao na ma feel nimo.

The only real drama here is , if ever wala gihapon nila gi ayo ang TULO then the establishment has issues .

Naa diha ang problema nila , wala silay action ana . This issue should be addressed to the manager and whoever is next to that position since pila ni ka semana na man diay ni labay .
