suposed to be 8 hours work, 2 15 mins break counted sa 8 hrs work plus 1 hr lunch.. 9hrs

u need to be 15mins before ur orig shift then if ma late ka ana, taged na late na jud(bisag wai labot sa imu schedule). so 9:45mins na.

there is this thing they call "f*ckin flex time" which is 1hour DAILY.... (OT jud n sauna, ge sulti lng nla ug flex time para ingnun nndut paminawon)UNPAID
means, if mag grabe ang que, mag take ka og calls for 1hour (OT THANK YOU)plus your 8 hours productive hours na paid.

SO HERES THE MATH
15mins before shift
plus 1hour OT(flex time)
8 hours (productive hours)
30(breaks)
1hour luch

TOTAL u are forced to work for 10:45 hours per day.....
