stick sa language na comfortable ka and the rest will follow.

kaya ra na nimo ang .net
lisod lng jd na siya una pero kung maka balo na jd ka sa iyang flow sayon na kaayo na para nimo.

nag work ko ron as web developer using asp.net c#
at first wala jd koy nahibaw.an ani nga language kay akong gi tun.an kay php og mysql ra.

then pag take nako og exam luckily SQL ray exam. mao to nadawat ko.
then ang company nga nag hire nako walay training, self study ra jd ko ato.
og sulti.an ra ko permi sa akong mga kauban kung naa koi pangutana "I GOOGLE LNG NA BAI"
haha. mao na nakat.on ra jd ko on my own.

As an entry-level programmer, that should be enough to get you started. However, most of the companies that I know already have existing systems that are using hand-built or 3rd party frameworks which will be a long stretch if that is all that you know. Throw in some framework concepts in your artillery so it will not be a total shock to you, that is, if unfortunate you will be handed to maintain (partly probably) the system. Expect some guidelines to follow though (if there are any ). Some of that I know that are used, ORM such as EF or Hibernate, MVVM or MVC, Ajax stuff (jQuery), etc.

More on to basic concepts, add some web services or WCF.

Most of the .NET applications normally connects to a MS SQL Server, be knowledgeable with T-SQL and Stored Procedures too.

Get versed too with the MS Reporting tool and to some extent Crystal Reports, they are normally included with Visual Studio

Finally, if so unfortunate they're on WPF or Silverlight, learn Xaml too to be extra prepared.
