Im an OT guy here. I OT on a holiday/restday/aftershift/preshift. Pero pag abot sa payday. 5k plus ra akong madawat. Im part of the top sellers. rarely late and absent until I noticed everything else were going unrealistic. hihi. usahay, ako ray agent sa among team mo duty tawn. sige kog dispute pero way mutagad. sayang ra kaayo. after my shift, I even help MC or the sups or SME's sa ilang work kay understaffed kaayo because of poor attendance. Maluya mi mo duty kadugayan oy. Barat. as in Barat pas tanang Barat. But the good side is? The building is nice. The workplace is nice. So comfy. Lingaw ra nga account. just that, compensation wise. They're not a good choice. Peace out.

Wa juy kalahian ang mga reklamo bahin sa TP... we had the same issues in their Parañaque center back then. That was way back 2008. When I left the company (AWOL), wala na mi TL, gibiyaan mi. Luoya lagi namo, puro mga CC virgins. Wa juy ayo... ang sweldo akong gipirmahan P16k, pero tag P6k ra kada kinsenas akong madawat. Ambot asa padung ang uban. I don't know if I mentioned it here already, pero one wave sa Timewarner account walked out one morning to protest sa ilang sweldo nga sige ra kuwang. Nawarla ang OM oi!

Luoy sad kaayo ug ma-TL/supe ka dira, I know a few nga hapit na lang di mouli kay they work double shift pero OT TY lagi.

uy. I live in a studio type room. alone. so I end up going to the office during my free time. barge in'2 lang para makat'un sad. i sleep there bya sa quarters. it felt like home. xD

nya di mo malain ang guard sa insular dako pag sweldo sa agent sa tp. )) hahahaha.
nahitabo bya sad sa TP na ni immediate resign ang tibuok wave 1 ug 2. I was under 4 sups. tanan ni resign. xD until ako na lang sad. kay i had issues outside work. but if di mo dakog panginahanglan? this is the place. ka nndot lang juds building ba. inig gawas nimo, ayala ra. murag wala ka nag work ug CC.
