    not so sure but I think weight lifting is for firming your muscle... den if you do more that is required, den you'll definitely grow bulky muscles...

    aerobics is by far an effective way to lose weight i think

    bulky muslces? it's diffrent for men and women... men have more testosterone mao na mas ma porma ang muscles sa mga laki kai sa babe.. let say the same work out and weight and everything.. mas mo dako ang laki kai sa mga babe.. design na ni mother nature.. hahaha

    weight lifting increase muscle mass which in turn increase metabolism which eventually will burn more stored fats.. ang cardio is ok ra man..

    check this out...

    Long, moderate intensity cardio raises the following hormones: GH, TSH, T3, cortisol, Some T2. note: T3 and cortisol eat away at both fat and muscle

    Short, high intensity cardio raises the following hormones: GH, TSH, T2, and some T3. note:T2 preserves more muscle than T3.

    Long, low intensity cardio raises the following hormones: generally little to none at all. <--lol

    best gud if mixed gud ni 3.. weight lift+cardio+healty eating habits=SEXY

    if dili ka gusto mo dagko imo lawas pag-ayo stick with 15lbs dumbbells and 30lbs sa barbells,
    and if felling nimo ni gaan na add ka sa number of repitition nga imo usually gibuhat.
