Dili man gud nato basahon ang FARE RULES/ Term and Conditions. Unya kun magkablema na diha na mureklamo kay mao nangilad ang company. Kadaghan kaau ko makadungog complain kay dili refunan ang Promo. Klaro man cguro kaau ni.

1. Flight changes must be made more than twenty four (24) hours before departure time with the following options: (1) rebook the
flight subject to fees and penalties, (2) cancel and store it in a Travel Fund subject to penalties which may be used within ninety
(90) days, or (3) transfer the booking to another for a fee.
2. Lite Fares are rebookable and may be stored in a Travel Fund subject to applicable fees and fare difference.
3. Go through fare must be used in sequence as booked. Flight changes or cancellations are not permitted once any of the segments
has been used. There is a nominal fee included in the go through fare.
4. Promo fares are non-reroutable, non-transferable, non-refundable and may not be stored in a Travel Fund.
5. Group bookings are subject to specific rules on deposits, payments, rebooking and restrictions.

A better example to explain the situation would be... lets say mu palit ka ug book nga gi advertise as 10 pesos then you go to the store cos na interested na ka sa book... then you find out nga naa diay additional charges (transpo, taxes etc) unya tag 100 pesos diay to ang book.

you have every right to get mad and not buy that book. But let's say, the same book has been dishonestly marketed as 10 pesos but in reality is increased to 100, is more cheaper than all other businesses offer? What would you do?

Mao bitaw niingon ko boss na makerting strategy ra na. Besides imo baya na makita ang price before na nimo mapalit. Asa diay ka magbook boss? internet or moadto jud ka sa office?

If you are so afraid of government regulation, we should just shut down Dti and let the oil companies price whatever amount they want depending on the area.

There needs to be government agencies that look out for the consumers interests or else we will have no defense against price gouging and collusion among businesses.


Pero why are we allowing these companies to complicate things? If the book is 100 pesos then just tell us straight up that it is 100 pesos so we can compare the price sa other companies straight up without having to go there and check the "actual price".

^ I don't see your point either. Is there price gouging and collusion in the airline industry? Regulation is good where it's needed. I don't see how regulation will solve the problem of consumers being gullible. What's needed is consumer education, not regulation.

Para nako lang, ilang piso piso fare ads is an Unethical business practice. ang gi advertise nga price, layo ra sa tinuod.... of course people nga suwito na know nga naa pa nay additional charges pero sa mailad lang diay?


there should be a certain level of ethics when advertising prices so as not to mislead consumers into buying your product. Businesses are even required to include the price sa VAT sa ilang advertised price. It just doesnt agree with my idea of how marketing should be done.

you are evading the question...what will you do? if inspite of "lying", that dealer is still offering the book the cheapest compared to other businesses, what will you do? Dishonest na xa kung dishonest, pero mupalit ka or dili?
