i'm renting a room about a km. away from convergys banawa. the place is very clean and quiet and there's no curfew hours for lodgers (there's an 8pm limit though for visits). the landlady is quite strict so you gotta be clean and not-so-noisy and stuff like that. suits me well though bec i live alone (bicycles are my only roommates..nyahaha). there's a room still available and the landlady is offering it for 4k. here's where the place is if you and your partner wanna check it out 10.311114,123.877853 (paste it @googlemaps)
