ayaw nana hilabti ang wake up on lan or wake on keyboard boss, it turns on/keeps ur pc on if mka detect na siya ug lan activity or mo press ka any keys sa keyboard kung naka sleep mode imo laptop. On the other hand, ok ra naa mosiga nga LED basta naka saksak ang power.

If enabled ang onboard lan sa BIOS then check sa device manager if naa ba lain category nga "unknown device" or "other devices", meaning wa ra ma-install, outdated or wrong driver. if u can, screenshot sa device manager then post here so we can take a look.

Naa sad chances na OS-related na nga problem, better have it checked sa professional tech by all means possible kay kis-a sobra utingkay mosamot ang problema

    Hope this helps...

as what i have observe your not a guy who is NOT NO HOW...it seems that the problem is not in driver(software) or in BIOS settings but in hardware (motherboard)...if ni tagam ka sa last nimo pa check, remember this DAGHAN PANG TECH NGA MAS KABALO ky sa imong gipacheck before...what you have to do is "TRUST" nga imo pacheck on sa unit. This site is only a forums site you pick up here some better ideas/opinion, but all what we can do....best things to do is go to shop and let them check there are a lot of shop that offer NO CHECK FEE, NO FIX, NO CHARGE....thanks

It's actually a power saving feature of the laptop. It can be disabled in the bios.

@TS: I've found a similar case to yours : No ethernet connection Satellite U500 Windows 7 64... - Toshiba Forums

It seems your LAN card could be defective.
