    pareha jud ta og problem sis, since birth daot jud ko ky wla mn ko gana mokaon, kinahanglan pa nko mo take og capsule na pang appetite, last month ne take ko appebon with iron medyo effective cya ky makagutom pero dali lng ko mabosog.. ne try nsd ko og laen kanang mosegor vita.. pero wla effect.. sa karon naa ko nabasa na thread na mo take og linzhi chuang yao wan plus just 2 weeks straight ka moinom once a day lng.. mo gain naman daw ka og weight anah mga 10 lbs. to 20 lbs daw, depende sa imong gekaon.. 3rd week anah dapat take ka every other day... then 4th week dapat 4x a week.. 5th week 3x a week hantod mohunong ka then dapat switch ka og laing tambal like appebon with iron or propan with iron or mosegor vita.. defende kung asa ang hiyang nimo anah na tambal..
    Dapat mo switch jud ka og laing tambal ky pra gana gehapon imong kaon,dli mn maau sa lawas ang lingzhi na capsule ky naa daw steriods..
    while mag take ka og lingzhi na capsule dapat mokaon ka every 3 hours, 5 t0 6 times a day jud ka kaon ang lingzhi pampagana sa kaon kung dli ka mokaon og dghan dli jud ka motambok..

    effective mn ang appebon with iron nko pero dugay lang ka motambok 4 times a day ra ang kaya nko makaon a day.. 3 lbs ra na dagdag sa akong for almost 2 months..
    ang lingzhi makakaon ko 6x a day ky bation mn ko og gutom, pero usahay dli... dapat teman an lng nimo kaon jud ka evry 3 hours 5 to 6x a day..

    sleep ka 8 to 10 hrs a day..
    drink water 8 to 10 glass a day ky summer mn 12 glass a day hehe need mn ta drink ka dghan water para ang sustansya sa food maanha jud sa imong lawas punta..
    ayaw lng kaau kaon og mga tambok sa baboy ky naa na dghan cholesterol atakehon nya ka hehe

    kaon ka saging, 1 egg a day ikaw na bhala unsa imong gusto na pagkaluto, fresh milk 2 to 3 glass a day or bisag unsa na gatas basta masustansya.. kaon jud ka og dghan rice hantod mabusog ka og vegetables, pwede sd balot taas mn na og protein, bisag unsa basta masustansya. basta wla lng bisyo..

    kani sis ai, pwede ka mutambok ug muniwang, depende sa paggamit nimo, since nahan ka mutambok, himu-a cya ug dessert, if nahan ka magpaniwang, yaw lang kaon nya kani ra imo imnon

    ...dali ra, ang secreto inig human kaon tulog dayun, as in for 1 month. just make it a habit lang, makita nimo ang difference.

    sess.. pariha jud kaau tag situation.. same age as u.. since birth pa sad jud ku daot.. haaaiiizz... nahan jud ku maunod.unuran kai mura jud ku bata... 20 naku pwo ia.an japon ug elementary or 12 yrs old. HAHA.. karun cge ku take ug propan with iron, pwo sahay maputol kai out of budget.. HEHE maynta manambok nata ninyu!! hekhek ))

    Hi TS, I think what you are up to is to achieve a normal weight. You don't want to be fat, frankly speaking being fat or overweight is a global problem because it poses a lot of risks in you health. Fat feeds cancer cells, may cause type II diabetes, heart problems as well as liver and kidney problems. A lean body is a healthy body. You just have to eat the right food, eat lots of protein but remove the fats (eg. pork fat, chicken skin, saturated fats in fried chicken, fries, pizzas, etc.) these contain lots of oil that is hard to remove from your body. You have a much faster metabolic rate than others, you have to be thankful! Metabolism slows down as you age even if you are an athlete.
