That is a VERY BAD Customer Service Experience Bro. Considering na bago lang sila nangabli tapos sa sulod pa sa store nila mismo nahitabo?! wew.. Customers are paying not just for the product but the whole package, ang lugar, raw mats na gigamit sa product and even the team serving them. Its the establishments responsibility on anything that happens inside their premise.
I am not sure why the manager(management trainee)handled your concerns that way. Its common sense naman siguro na ilisan ang product, samot pa giingnan mo na charge sa iya ang replacement na burger kadtong ni give na gyud siya.. wtf oi! Giunsa diay na sila pag train? nakatrabaho nako ug usa sa pinakadako na chain before and sad to say di gyud na pwede iyang gibuhat ninyo, might as well file a complain sa ilang higher ops.
