boss, if wala'y ethernet connector sa device manager then most likely either naka disable na nga option sa BIOS or daot ang onboard ethernet ana... you can access the BIOS setting inig boot sa laptop then check sa pheriperals, onboard LAN >> dapat nka enabled ang status. If naka enabled then daot ang LAN, you can try to purchase a USB ethernet adapter ug gusto jud ka mogamit ug ethernet cable.

Boss, naka enable jud cya boss, naa pud gani koy nabasan nga Wake-up on Lan or Wake on Keyboard disable ni clang duha. xD, nya Boss, kung naka off ang laptop nya nag charge ko, mag on lgeh ang led lights nya? Nanu d'i ni boss? Unusual au sa? xD.

I know this may sound silly but is the laptop plugged to an AC power source? I have a laptop that when it's unplugged, the ethernet disappears.

Gonna suggest to try Ubuntu to check if OS related ang pagka disable.

Try Ubuntu before you install | Ubuntu

If maka sulod na ka, naa'y WIFI icon sa upper right, and left click it.

Naa dapat,

Wired eth0
Wireless wlan0

Eth0 is your ethernet or LAN card.
and try to connect it to your LAN, mo-gawas na nga Connected.

that if dili guba imu LAN card.

1.) click run then type "cmd" hit enter, type "ipconfig/all" look for ethernet adapter (if naa din enable ang driver GOTO step 3)
2.) adto sa control panel,click system ug adto sa device manager then tanawa sa Network Adapters kung naay nalista diha kung wala GOTO step 4
3.) adto sa control panel click network and internet,pangetaa ang network connection e check kung na disable imong lan,kung wala e enable kung enable na STEP 4
4.) palit ug gas din dagkoti imong LAPTOP hehe bitaw time to consult your friendly comptuer technician
