Hello guys!

Naa lng ta koy pangutana sa mga hardware ug software enthusiast, pwde ra ba?

Adunay koy problema ba, sa akong(para ingon akoa) laptop. Ang brand niya kay "Toshiba Satellite U500 10L" dara iyang specs

murag mga last year or last 2 years man cguru maka connect pa ni cya ug wired LAN (gilada ni gikan aboard). Nya pablik dre, dle nmn hnuon mo detect and LAN pero naa cya WIFI, mag siga man gani pirme iyang duha ka led(green ug yellow) sa saksakanan sa RJ-45, nya dle jud cya madetect gi direct na naku sa modem wa jud. Nya usa pa sad, ng download na ko ug driver para sa Ethernet nga driver kay wa man jud koy nakita nga driver sa LAN nya dle pjud mo install kay wa daw naka attach ang LAN nya wa puy question mark sa Device Manager. Wifi raman ang network adapter nya. No earth kaau ko ani ae.

Unsay problema ani? By the way Windows Vista Home d'i ang OS nya.

have u even tried reformatting and installing windows so that you can rule out if this is just a software issue?

anyway, you can use Windows Vista RTM nga installer and use the COA on the bottom of your laptop... that should work... i tried it before... but make sure nga you use the same Home edition and it should recognize the product key on your COA.

boss, if wala'y ethernet connector sa device manager then most likely either naka disable na nga option sa BIOS or daot ang onboard ethernet ana... you can access the BIOS setting inig boot sa laptop then check sa pheriperals, onboard LAN >> dapat nka enabled ang status. If naka enabled then daot ang LAN, you can try to purchase a USB ethernet adapter ug gusto jud ka mogamit ug ethernet cable.

ingon ana jud ang feature sa laptop nimo boss from the time you purchase it or recently lang? kay it's a sign nga naa problema ang mobo...

na try na pud na nku, xD naa dd2 kay Built-in LAN = Enable. What do you mean sa Windows Vista RTM? ug COA? Sorry no earth au ko ana da. xD
