ako d kaayo ko knowledgeable on construction. but based on my experience laminated flooring is dirt cheap. the drawback on it is that it really won't last long especially on heavy trafic places like the living room entrance sa house etc. and if you have un even floor surface pirting klaruha kung laminated flooring imo gamit.

kung kulang ka sa budget laminate flooring is only good in bedrooms kanang d kaayo daghan foot traffic but still in a couple of years you really have to change them and that's where the costs will get you. bayad napud ka labor to take it off and replace them. for a little more mag tiles nalang ka

Ok ra man bro, mao ni sagad gamiton sa dapit nga bugnaw wooden or carpeted flooring kay dili kaau ni muabsorb ug bugnaw. ang cons ani kay mahal. Sakto c bro tonioyantao sa bedroom ra ni kasagaran gamiton tungod sa kamahal and para sad health benefit kay tungod dili kaau mubugnaw ang imong floor.

mali diay i thought imo pasabot kanang laminated tiles kanang baga baga lng gamay sa linolium i dont know how it spells. anyway the laminated wood flooring is quite expensive. last time i saw kanang gusto nako nga design fetches around 2.5k and only good for 2.2 sqm

i estimated how much it would cost me to use it on an area looks like it's almost twice as expensive if compared to tiles.
