Need advice regrading web development

Hello istoryans! Ask lang ko og advice kung ano akong mga iconsider og maayo na gamiton pra makacreate ko og online website na dynamic from scratch. plano ko maggamit og php, css, html, og ajax. mao ni ako ifollow na procedures sa development: PSD -> HTML and CSS -> PHP - > Joomla(CMS). Tama ba ni sya? 1st time ko man gud magdevelop og site from scratch and basic pa lang ako nabal-an sa php, css, html, og ajax. so need nako ang advice basi naa moy pde masuggest na mga frameworks or anything basta mkatabang sa akong development.

if mubu ra para nimo ang learning curve sa pag gamit og framework, then hinay2x na og start karon.

Framework's advantage is paspas ra ang deployment.. I tried some frameworks and dali ra jud nahuman, but I didn't like the output..
