@johgchiu: a timeshare is a type of property ownership typically reserved for vacation properties. A timeshare is when a multitude of owners have a right to use the timeshare property for a specified time each year. In every year, you are entitled to a 7 days accommodation anywhere in the world (accredited hotel) plus you can use there facilities e.g. gym, pool (Crown Regency).
