naa pud sa mga mall nga hardware. Rotary tool tawag ana.

I'm using black and decker, worth 3,800 before @ ace. 2003 pa ni, not for sale though, gamit kaayu nako.

You can try hardware sa Colon, basin naa sila mas barato.. daghan didto hardware mag laray..
But I suggest, Black and Decker or Dremel mismo nga brand, tungod mga lig.on ni sila..
