I think it's a brutal form of malpractice. I've wondered why doctors *ucked up when there's alternative way to augment in accordance to complications of labor, it might have done episiotomy or CS when they've already seen it's slow progress. I really suspect that it was cut by a scissor/scalpel during the incision while pulling the baby's head. Heartbreaking news.
