Need some advice regarding Salt water fishes on tank/aquarium

hello fellow istoryans!

I'm asking for suggestion/advice from you guys!

I really love ornamental fish since I was a kid..
I have fresh water fish in here... but i wanna try sumthing new...

"Salt Water Fishes" in my aquarium! heheh
I guess it's more time needed to maintain it.. but i wanna give a try!

I find it so so interesting coz of its bright colors and most of all the live rocks
with natural organisms growing on it.... and of course the anemones...

Actually, right now, I have several salt fishes on my tank...
I'm trying my best to "google" and "youtube" some information on how things work!
but it's a bit harder!

by the way..
The sea creatures I have are the ff:

- 1 anemone fish(clown fish)
- 2 Chromis
- 3 blue colored fish ....... i'm not sure if it's a damselfish or what...
- 1 domino
- 1 eel and 1 seahorse
- lastly the crawling creatures (sea stars and a crab)


i have a 40 gallon tank ... but unfortunately i don't have a sump/refugium yet..
for now, my tank's only relying to my ordinary filter...
... and i have this wonderful creatures for 3 days as of the moment...
as i have observed they're doing fine... but i'm a bit bother for the next weeks or month...


hope to hear golden words from you guyz!
any suggestion/comment or anything that's informative is highly appreciated!

this is my opinion lng ha.. im no way an expert in this field. peru ti think they are to cramped. gamay ra ang imu aquarium from them dapat at least na a sa 70gallons. and you need alot of cured live rocks para sa imu biological filtration. and pls do make a sump^^ and buy a protienskimmer. nya sa ako sad i find it super hard to keep seahorses kay lisud cla e feed and meet ila requirement. and if wala ko na sayup eels eat alot of fish so delicado imu mga pets ^^

so far, okey pa ako tank. 4 days pa hinuon ni akoa..
ordinary filter rah ako gamit..
nya ngbuhat kog DIY Skimmer....
plan pud koh buhat ug sump/refugium... la pa lang budget..

plan to make sump pero la pa budget..
nagbuhat nlng kog protein skimmer, ako pa ubserbahan if mowork ba ni! heheh

as i've notice sa nga vids regarding marine tank, kinahanglan man ug sump to grow plankton and other organisms...

zero fish. filtration nada.

im seeding/curing/cycling my tank. it's been 3 weeks na.

here's the area for the aquarium, hoping to set it up by mid june tingali. mahal kaayu gasto, every sweldo ra ko mag update.

kinahanglan man ug sump to grow plankton and other organisms...

brine shrimp na lang bro, murag sayun ra. im not sure kung tag pila nang ing ani, mahal ang frozen brine shrimp tag P300.

wala ko kabalo tag pila ni or asa ni mapalit, taawa ang youtube videos how to hatch these.


for my filter, im planning for Jebo skimmer kay barato lang (for now). fish, mangita pa. ako lang sa e cycle ang tank para tarong. ^_^

ok ra nang walay skimmer, basta ilis lang pirmi ug water. sa imo, like every week dapat 20-30% guro. newbie lang sad ko. nagsigi lang pud ko ug research.
