When do you believe in Prayers, before your wish is granted or after it is given?

believe in all faith that your prayers will be granted to you. hehehe. sometimes we have to believe in things first before it can be realized.

for me, i have no question about faith in my God. i believe in Him no matter what. often He is a friend, and what i call as prayer are when i talk to Him like he is a friend but i know He is God.

as friend, ako isumbong what issues are bothering me, and hoping that Him being God, he actually knows what is in my heart even if wala ko nisumbong. but the act itself lets our some pressure off my chest.

to me prayers are not asking a supreme being for something but surrendering my faith to Him.

i created this thread because some people always tell me nga... pray lang ka, ma ok ra lageh na..

deep in me my prayer is:

Lord keep me in the way you would want me to, rather than in that i might choose...

just a conversation with my God..

i believe in prayers that's why i pray... what's the use of prayer when you're in doubt? pray for your wish to come true, when it came true, pray for thanksgiving and pray still so your wish will remain constant... (and if your wish was not granted after you prayed for a long time, it means God has reasons for not granting them)
Keep the faith and believe in God for miracles happen everywhere, even behind these scenes we see.

i believe in prayers... before it is given because God will look at the desires of your heart. if wala ge hatag that means He is preparing you for something more than what you ask for.

You don't question HIM on dealing his job as our Creator..

If there's a blessing given before or after... Prayer is done without any conditions at all. In HIS infinite grace He gives you your blessings.. You don't negotiate God that you only pray when your wish will be granted.. Before or after.

My mom always said to me.. God in his infinite knowledge, good and all, works in mysterious ways... Wishes comes when you least expect it to be.
