First heard of Deftones around 1998? Hehe stole an Around The Fur cassette from a classmate who didn't give me my Collective Soul cassette hehehe. A bit of a blessing in disguise I think. Not that I don't like Collective Soul 'cause I still listen to them but I probably would have learned about Deftones much later if I hadn't got that cassette hehe... Have been a big fan since.

At first, wa dayun ko kasakay sa Deftones and similar to what stabwounds said, it was still new music to me those days but constantly listening to it, it was great...

me at first, i dont know how to accept deftones. all i knew that time is they were worst like ..di nmo masabtan ang kanta ba..but later on, it was really great when i heard their song my own summer.
