    strongly agree...kuyaw naa kaau ang mga latest nga supps ron oie kay natural lage pero ang ingr. mura naman padulong sa juice! kana siguro mga preworkout diha gyud nato ma blame...pero ang whey ug creatine i guess, murag natural pa siguro na bah cya? madala rman gyud bah siguro natty bah, eggs lang gamit nimu always, lisud lang gyud sad sa convenience niya.

    yeah.. I really believe na even if di pata magsteroids ang bone issues na gyud na magtiguwang ta. some bodybuilders if not most are now having issues with their joints due to heavy training. I guess I would share the same fate someday. hehehe

    With regards to supplementation, I couldn't agree more, the kidney might have issues with it, but here's the catch, if you don't drink, smoke or eat anything processed, I guess they'll (kidneys) be just fine. Right now, I eat clean food. no processed, sodas, or junk. I'm trying to avoid pork and sweets nasad karong panahona.

    Don't worry bro, it will be worth it gyud. As we age (while lifting weights) we extract that old look. I know a lot of old people na mura ra gyud mga batan-on kay cge gihapon workout and soon kita na ang new batch! lol

    Good post. There are those who can be called lifetime natural. Kanang wala gyud roids, growth hormones, or even synthol sa lawas. Naa sad kanang mga natty lang meaning nagpapondasyon sila una gamit enhancements then nagnatural supplementation nalang. Creatine and whey protein are considered natural occuring man.. Pero i guess when you go beyond the given amount sa company then you tend to go outside the line of natural training. I tried working out without any supplementation and pwerteng sakita sa pamaol. I'm a heavy lifter and the DOMS are worst especially sa mga weak bodypart nako. lol

    I would say that's the only reason why I use creatine or whey. para mawa ang pamaol. 7 years of pain sa lawas everyday 24/7 . 7 years and counting. but I guess I share the same sentiments with you guys so I'm cool! hehehehe

    Anyway, I respect those who use the drug, I even have close friends who use it. Coz the bottomline is , we don't get big man with enhancements alone. We need hardwork, a little of good genes, and determination to succeed. However, given the kind of life we live now, it's impossible for a person not to hope to get big in much faster phase. Plus, gatongan pa sa media. cheers!

    naah mao jud goryo! knang manigarilyo gni ug mag sigeg inom wla mn nato cla gna tagad kay gusto mn nila...kanang mga nag steroids naa pna gni gamay na benefits makuha if used correctly... pero kng mka dungog na gni na cla na ga steroids ka murag "criminal nka nga nka patay' dayon ang ila reaction...do they even know the reason and the logic why its being used... i can honestly say that i have not used it but im very open to the idea to "use" it but not "abuse"...

    ---bench press mn sad dri ako weakness! whahaha pero more than 200's nmn cguro imo gna lift brad goryo...

    There are few different ways of doing it, but the most common example of all is to just gradually increase the amount of weight you lift on each exercise.     Main reason: I need it. I felt tired all day despite sleeping 8-9 hours. I ached at the back, finger, wrists, elbows, and knees. If I do something strenuous, the part that I used becomes painful as if stretched too much. I felt when I became 39 and knew I had to exercise but I kept putting it off until I turned 41. After 2-3 months, all of the above went away.

    Second reason: I didn't look good anymore. I'm thin but have a relatively big bellly (I can imagine turning into the Yellow Bastard in the movie Sin City).
