    Both before and after. But it doesn't really matter. Taking amino tablets doesn't have a signifcant effect on the body. A serving of it is only 2g of protein. You're better off eating an egg. Vitamin dense and high in protein. Don't worry about the cholesterol. As long as your diet isn't high in saturated fat. Cholesterol shouldnt be a problem.

    so much better if boiled eggs nalang at chicken breast yung kakainin ko kesa mag amino pa ako? same effect and yet cheaper pa?

    Yep! a serving of chicken breast can have 20-40g of protein depending on the size. More protein and more satisfying compared to those tablets. Whole foods should be your number one choice.

    bro xeno unsaon pgpabuak? hehehe. sakto rakos timbang 5'8" 155lbs. okhan nako sako torso, especially ako shoulders, chest ug back kay porma2 na pd. ako biceps ug triceps kay porma2 pd pero nahan ko makadevelop ug muscle mass. unsaon?

    wako ngtumar ug supplements, natural rako.. ako diet usually;
    pre - 1 hr before workout. any meat with rice. sahay silog
    post - within 40min after workout. 2-4eggs (max 2 egg yolks), chicken breast or fish or any meat with rice

    problem nako kusog au ko kaon junkfoods and inom softdrinks.. ako tiyan mas dako pa sako chest huhu

    Then you know what your problem is man diay.. hehehe lean muscle is very hard to gain and takes time... not just months, its best measured in years... pa-boak =fatloss, calorie intake is best watched, abs are 80% made in the kitchen 20% in the gym.

    Well said Xeno.. I completely agree, supplements are simply for convenience and to "supply whatever is missing".

    A stable mindset, good nutrition, weight training, and cardio... all 4 will help get rid of the beer belly.. beer consist of alcohol which is empty calories, calories without macronutrients... so drink beer occasionally.. or if possible stop drinking beer.. it will also decrease your testosterone levels..

    a ok back to normal diet nalang ko before...
    1- 2 boiled eggs and a chicken breast 1-2 hours before workout
    same diet pud after workout then mo eat nalang ko anything sa panihapon....pero usually protein gihapon...
    and thank god wa nako ganahi og softdrinks...maka huna² man gud ko nga ma usik nya akong gihagoan sa ako tiyan if makakita kog softdrinks haha....
