If you are determined bro, then you WILL find a way. It's not hard to reduce what you're currently eating. If you're eating one rice per meal.. then cut it in half! A program designed for fatloss are programs that are cardio based. Those types of programs burns hundreds of calories per session. Sacrifice for your goals. Nothing worth having ever comes easy. good day Xenoxorph bro im on a mission to gain weight and muscle been working out this would be my third month now started at 110lbs and now im 115 to 117lbs my supplements before work out i take GNC mega men sporty then after work out on serious mass mix with water fresh milk banana ,then eat dinner.... work out routine 3 times a week compound work out.nabantayan nako ni dako2x ako tyan sad ani...ok raba ni part bani sa gaining sa weight should i worry later for this kong mag cutting phase nako

I've been playing with my weight for almost a year now. I am a hard gainer, but bulking up hasn't been a problem for I eat like 4k-5k calories a day, most of them from CARBS. LOL. My problem is, i get so much body fat (more or less 20%) and my face bloats like dumbo's. I still my 4 packs though. When I go down to 2,5k to 3k calories a day, I lose so much muscle but not my body fat percentage and I get so weak to hit the gym. Do you have proven meal plans? One that you actually tried and of course, please consider the cost as too. Thanks!
As you mentioned above, most of your calories are coming from carbs. Carbs = water retention. So it's normal if your body/face bloats. When you go down to 2.5-3k calories.. You're probably just shedding off water making you look flat. It takes a while before you start seeing muscle loss. Usually it only happens when you're depriving yourself of calories and protein. Try going on a High fat, moderate carb diet. You'll look leaner compared to a high carb diet
why take creatine when in workout ? what is this for ?
