It's the same thing kai ang ombudsman ang nagreport. AMLAC provides the documents per request, and the interpretation was left to anyone who made the request.

amlc just gave her the report. she was the one who reported it to the senate. its everyones responsibility to make sure what theyre saying in the senate is accurate or in other words, true and its not presumption and made up alligations. manumpa man gali na sila before mo testify. so yea shes responsible of her testimonies.
