CSC directives na gani... to give chance to amend their SALN. no criminal liability unless naay graft and corruption case attached. G?
Santiago wants to know Corona’s real intent in filing incomplete SALN | balita.phMANILA, March 19 -– As the impeachment trial marked its 31st day on Monday, Senator-judge Miriam Defensor Santiago instructed both the prosecution and defense panels to show the real intent of Chief Justice Renato Corona in not filling up completely his statement of assets, liabilities and net worth.
impeach na ni si corona kung incomplete SALN lang istoryahon... why bother padugayun pa? news link above just show incomplete SALN is not a basis.
plus the foreign currency deposit law as a basis for non-inclusion.
Does SALN Include Dollar Deposits? | The Manila Bulletin Newspaper OnlineFormer Revenue Regional Director Estrella Martinez, a CPA-lawyer, said there is no need for government workers to declare their foreign currency accounts in the SALN.
“I never encountered a government official who declared his dollar deposits during my 32 years as tax collector because SALN only concerns assets in pesos or those whose value are based in our currency,” she said.
stop being childish sa imong mga tubag. CHILL
not everyone can open it. the idea is it shouldnt be a secret. that law should be abolished. they should just declare it in their SALN. also why made it a dollar account? nag buy and sell ni silag dollar cguro hehe. but i know they wont amend this, hadlok man gali ang tanan nag pa impeach ug si porky senator. hadlok ma bisto ila mga ginansya sa gobyerno tax free baya na. ug ingon ani man gali, dli nalang ta magdahum anang gi ingon sa abnoy nga "TRANSPARENCY".

Correct! The prosecution said the waiver to open the dollar account(s) signed by Mr. Corona has no merit because they are banking on the ombudsman's testimony?
Point to the prosecution, Mr. Escudero said yesterday now that we had Mr. Corona signed the waiver no one seems to be interested on it anymore.
Lots of people were crying out loud "when is due time, (Mr. Corona)?". He signed. So, what's next for the prosecution? None.
Mr. Escudero showed his disbelief yesterday.
At least now we have one high official taking the high ground and opening up his bank accounts for scrutiny. Whether he kept this as hidden wealth is another long story that may have to be woven again by Mr. Anonymous and the small lady. Can we expect the same transparency from the others who started this?
wake me up when Pnoy's term ends.
they wont, theyre scared, its funny actually seeing those feisty prosecutors because after coronas offer to them, everybody got scared. you can look at tupas' face and drilon's reaction. i dont know about abnoys' reaction but im pretty sure its like hitlers like what romejin's posting pages back lol.
smart move kaau ni Corona...first the waiver to challenge them para magpahibaw anay...then pag human ni sugot ra diay sya nga ma open nga wala na tong mga signature..pero at least now we know....kinsa dyud ang naay gtaguan
