why should i entrust my money to someone like corona nga public official, murag risky place kaayo i put under his name ang dako nga quantity kay basin muabot ang time nga magduda ang tawu nga ang kwarta is iyaha/iyahang kurakot/iyahang tong, not sponsored by relatives/comingled; like what is happening now... ako nagduda ko, ug dili lang siguro ako ang nagduda.

Sayang, wala nag-usisa ang mga kagalang-galang na congressman.

for me, 2 usd m, luwas na to sa foreign deposit confidentiality.

pero ang 80 php million as comingled, come on. convinced na mu sa iya explantion?

so low of the prosecution to do that.. i totally understand why sen santiago ranted about that. they're trying to make the public believe all those lies they invented. so petty. clearly politicking. bahalag di maigo, they were flinging mud toward s cj hoping the public would believe that. i think most of us did. hook, line & sinker.

    from Wikipedia..

The prosecutors from the House of Representatives enlisted the help of private practitioners to assist them; this was opposed by the defense, saying that only the prosecutors from the House of Representatives are the "sole prosecutors". The Senate allowed the existence of the private prosecutors citing "matter of rule and precedence". The private prosecutors who are allowed to assist the public prosecutors in impeachment proceedings are:

    Mario Bautista
    Arthur Lim
    Demetrio Custodio
    Jose Benjamin Panganiban
    Clarence Jandoc
    Ernesto Viovicente
    Frederick Vallestero
    Winston Ginez
The prosecution also named representatives Miro Quimbo, Lorenzo Taņada III and Juan Edgardo Angara as their spokespersons.

    Defense

Supreme Court spokesperson Jose Midas Marquez described Corona's defense team as a "powerhouse legal team".
Serafin Cuevas, former Supreme Court associate justice, Trustee of New Era University
Jacinto Jimenez, professor at the Ateneo Law School
Jose Roy III, former dean and president of the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila
Eduardo delos Angeles, former dean of the Ateneo Law School
German Lichauco II, partner of the Siguion Reyna, Montecillo, Ongsiako law firm
Dennis Manalo, partner of the Siguion Reyna, Montecillo, Ongsiako law firm
Ramon Esguerra, general counsel of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines
Tranquil G.S. Salvador III, former dean of the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Pasay
Karen Jimeno, formerly of the Quisumbing, Torres, Evangelista firm
last time i checked.. they are all pro bono except their operating expenses. There are advantages working pro bono on a high profile and highly publicized case.

mag daog nalang ni depende sa interpretation sa atong constitution..

sa mga taw diri, cguro naa man mo vast knowledge about the constitution ang maayong laki man mo na mga abogado, aw then cguro sakto mo sa inyong mga interpretation..

    "Constitution versus RA 6426

Salipsip said that the nondisclosure of dollar accounts by Corona is now the subject of interpretation of laws, since some senators believe Constitution should prevail over RA 6426.

"Some people are saying, the FCDU (law) came ahead, and the Constitution was much later, so they're saying it's the Constitution that must prevail," he said.

"I think most of us will believe that it's the Constitution that prevails because it says assets and liabilities. Your assets would include all kinds of money that you have including the dollar deposits that you have," he said."

you think si corona lang guilty ani? naa bya senator judge guilty ani. even so time and time again we see the CSC give chance to correct their SALN entries what more to someone who base his non inclusion from a law.
