Lose weight/fat = Calorie deficit. No way around this. You HAVE to be burning more calories than you're eating to lose weight. Doesn't matter if your calories come from fat or carbs. As long as you're eating less than you need everyday. You WILL lose weight. Carbohydrates is the MAIN and PREFERRED source of energy for our body. Cutting out carbs completely is irrelevant to weight loss. Don't believe what you hear if it is not backed by science. Grabe kaau na mag himu2x og storya mga tao about gaining and losing fat.. I suggest you do some research to differentiate the BS and the truth

Very true.. lisud gyud.. most of the time people follow what the media say... some don't seem to understand that the reason why some fitness models and bodybuilders cut some of their carbs, its just that it is the easiest way to decrease calorie intake as it is starch... These people cycle their carbs..
pagamay tiyan - always been a topic and a question, in fact the answer has been said and repeated a lot.. still doesn't follow
Even women tend to think they can get muscular easily.. forgetting to think about their body on what hormone they produce..
Even men.. don't want to be very muscular, some think it is very easy to gain "lean muscle".. if so.. Anybody can be Mr. Olympia ..
I had the same Thread 5-6 years before.. but I haven't done any updates and replies, i got back around last year and this year to istorya to check on whats new.. I'm glad you made one and continue to tell the truth behind Fat loss... Cheers to You Xeno!!

There is no program for "gaining". You gain because you're eating more than you burn. The whole point of weight lifting is to stimulate muscle growth. Doing chest workouts everyday won't make your chest muscle grow faster. You're actually doing the opposite. Remember, you workout to STIMULATE muscle growth. Your muscles don't grow in the gym but OUTSIDE of the gym. You're actually tearing muscle fibers everytime you workout. So what happens when you tear the same muscle fiber almost everyday? Fatigue and probably muscle loss. You should let your muscles rest atleast 48-72 hours. Focus more on your nutrition rather than your exercise. It is your food intake that will determine if you lose or gain weight

opinion : Physiology. if sakto and ok imo potassium and still complains of pain. it means your muscle has been producing more of lactic acid. it is a by product of muscle actiona and stimulation. it means over exercise of your particular muscle

This query might be irrelevant but, do you have any idea on training programs pertaining to loosing fat and shaping your body? not necessarily connected in building lean muscles and such ?

Meju lisod man gud nga less calorie intake sa akung environment where its unavoidable to eat fatty foods paired with less time for exercise.
