    RA 3019
section 7 its still CSC directives
section 8 also states "Bank deposits shall be taken into consideration in the enforcement of this section, notwithstanding any provision of law to the contrary." so bank secrecy law still applies. But corona is willing to open his bank accounts btw.

Thats why the prosecution team are still fishing for evidences
The spring cannot rise higher than its source. There is no such thing as 100% on earth, if our laws will accept such reason para asa p man diay ang mga balaod? Diri nato makit.an unsa katinuod ang force sa balaod. Since wala man gi declare ni corona dpat siya mja present ug evidence na dili n ill gotten wealth.

The moral of the story pass the bill mandating public officials and government employees to execute waivers before they can sit in office or serve in the government. Tanan naa sa gov kay dapat naa waiver. Para makit.an ang katag.

    Walk-out or medical emergency

Walkout or medical emergency? - YouTube!

video shows corona walking towards the elevator.
you be the judge if you can see any signs of hypoglycemia as claimed by his defense.

I am not a doctor but having doubts now that he has trouble with his kidneys.
Nothing in his waiver says that he will leave the hospital to attend the impeachment hearing.

In fact i'm in doubt as to the motive of his attendance, if ever he will appear.
One of the scenarios that comes to my mind.
He will appear in a wheelchair with dextrose and will be incoherent.
Most likely he will ask for apologies of his walkout to lighten the damage he has done in his previous appearance.
He will be in the courtroom in the hope that the people will see him in a "kaluoy sad sa iya oi" condition.
I bet he will not answer the prosecution if ever there is any cross examination. After all who can force a man to talk if he is incoherent and weak physically and mentally unfit to attend a hearing?

I base my opinion on the various videos that has been circulating which in my opinion was a walkout and not medical emergency.
In effect drama ra diay ang tanan.
So there is a bigh possibility nga naa na pud ni drama ugma.

    Take 2. Light, camera, action...
