Can anyone Please help in customizing my desktop theme?

When i was downloading some anime desktop themes, i noticed that they put some background images in windows explorer. i was wondering on editing it but i encountered problems. i had hard time finding how did they do it..i only managed to identify one(adding background image on the task pane(the left side of the explorer))

i also noticed that they added default background images to each and every folder type(Except for the Document type) . Each folder type like Image/Photo has their own background image to the explorer. Same as for the video and music folder types.

Anyone know how to do it?i was using resource hacker to search for the codes int the Theme's shellstyle.dll. i managed to find the images in the screenshots under the bitmap category when you use the resource hacker on the shellstyle.dll of my Chosen Theme.

Is there also any program so that can reedit the them of my choosing and modify it?Please help! i badly need to know how. T__T

sa imong folder naa nai desktop.ini naa ddto gi set ang background..

di na sya desktop.ini bro..kay show all hidden files ko..walay ingana..plus..everytime mag ilis ko theme kay lahi napud na picture naa..plus di kaman makabutang ug folder sa control panel na ingato ug view..wala sad koy nakitan anang desktop.ini..basta kay nakitan nako ang mga pics sa sulod sa shellstyle.dll..ako ki gamitan reshack..tua didto..ambot lang ki unsa na pag code
