kulangan man imong 300k
@reypel. As what you've told me, i'll borrow my daughter's marbles and play with it maybe this weekend. It was very tiresome tapping each floor tiles just to check if it was just spot bonded.
guys got quick question i hope naay engr or architect ani diri...
ok raba nga instead semento ang haligi para upper floor, puthaw sama anang gmiton sa mga bldg? which is more cost-effective in the long run?
gusto man gud nako i utilize ang modular/pre-fabricated nga tech, then ang mga wall kay made up of ferro-cement nga naka butang sa pre-fab nga frame para dali ra mainstall sa structure...
para sa balay na? Steel is lighter and will make construction easier/faster. But steel is not as strong as reinforced concrete pero if residential ra man I think it's okay lang especially if naa man kaw money because it is more expensive.
Depende ra man na if nahan kaw paspas and mag blend sa imong design.
i see so mas mahal jud diay gastohon basta steel... naa naman koy design nga base sa pre-fab concept ug mura siyag lego nga sal-ot2x na, ako pani i hatag sa archi to have it checked if feasible ba para mabuhatan nag actual nga plan..
btw ing-ani nga steel beam ako pasabot para sa haligi... I Beam, pero baga2x ana..

@manoy: try unya na ang marble techinque.
@salbahis: steel option is faster and easier compared to concrete since it needs to be cured for at least a week for another structure to be placed on them. pero mahal kaayo ang steel but if you have plenty of reserves then go for steel.
reinforced concrete is cheaper compared to steel but naay difference sa labor due to the time to complete the project. reinforced concrete IMO has superior strength compared to steel alone since it acts on both compression and tension stress.
if mbase pud ka ug HVAC, mas vulnerable ang steel to temparature change bcoz steel is a good conductor so if init ang environment then you would expect that your house will also be hot.
if safety pud, during fire steel melts with rising temperature just for example what happen to WTC the building, it collapsed bcoz steel deformed due to fire plus the added load from topmost floors.
pero nsaka na bya ang presyo sa cemento krn due to the demand coming from govt projects.
Has anyone here heard of the PLASWALL System? This is very convenient and makes construction fast. Mao ni technique gamit namo sa subdivision project ng company ko before sa Laguna. Don't know if it has reached Cebu. Definitely stronger than prefabs and the hollow block walls.
