According to LTO7 sa facebook page:

Its not Honda Fit alone ang issue. All other motor vehicles imported to the country in violation of EO 156 are the issue. Under EO 156 no surplus and completely built unit or motor vehicles shall be allowed entry into the country except for trucks, ambulances, buses and those that are brought in by balikbayans and are not intended for commercial purposes. We have no other advise but to return the vehicles to the seller and get your money back. Renewal of registration of these vehicles are prohibited. Any agency found to have registered and renewed its registratrtion can be held liable for violation of EO 156 and other laws , rules and regulations.
