    For me its a job.

    For me dependi pud na sa Call Center Company. Kai sa ako.a okay ra kaayo ako company. Dili kaayo siya sikat but its been around 8 years in Cebu. Pero ang sweldo is dako pa sa mga known nga BPO like Qualfon. Then less stress. Taking like 5 - 20 calls a day ra. Dependi sa account. Completo ug Benifits. Unlimited Snacks, Free meal. Nindot ang environment. Maka browse2. And most of the agents kai tag 3 - 5 years na sa company. And like every half a year lang ka maka dungog nga naai mu resign. Pero dili sad permi hiring

    Then ang pinaka ganahan nako kai in line ang work sa akong field. Then mo offer ug free cisco training.
    I could not ask for more but for me to hard work nalang

    Nya e compare na sa minimum wage beh. Double pa imo earnings. Then they call it not a JOB?
    Taas ra kaayo sila panan.aw sa ila kaugalingon. Kung wala ang mga call center diri sa pinas. Asa puniton ang uban? Though hilason lang jud ning ubang mga agents mura pud ug kinsa.

    Di sd ni natu himuon nga career ang kolsintir pud. Ingon ako titser sauna sa speech na ok ra mo work sa callcenter para maka save ka ang para experience. Makastorya sad kag mga "brayt" na taga gawas ba (-.-)

    I worked in three different call centers before I decided to go home-based. in one of my applications, I was interviewed by a Singaporean who told me that my experience as a call center agent does not mean anything to him. Dead end kuno and people in call centers are like robots doing the same thing over and over without learning anything new. To a certain degree, he was right. In my humble opinion, stepping stone or pit stop lang jud ang call center, for the meantime lang ba while looking for better opportunities. But to most of the people I met at Stream, Cvg and Sykes, it is a job. One that allowed many to live the life that they couldn't afford if they were to choose to work for the regular 9-5 companies. bow

    sus.. unsai pag ka dili job?.. mu ingon gani tag job, we do it for our living.. and its a mere fact nga nag trabaho ta para ma buhi, wala ta nag trabahu nga way significant reason.

    im still not getting the point of arguing this matter further.

    Theoretically, when you are being paid of a work then it's simply called a job.

    I guess people are thinking the subject is career and profession. again, JOB is simply being paid for a work. 'nuf said. i rest my case.
