    The issue here is about the immunity provided by the DFA...
    It doesn't really matter if she was really raped because the guy had immunity and that means he had to be let go. It sounds like an injustice but this is the way diplomatic immunity works. Diplomats commit crimes in many countries and get away with it that's just the way it is until countries agree on a different way to protect their own diplomats while also respecting domestic law.

    wa jud tay mahims ana.. immunity is immunity as clearly stated in the treaties we signed with other countries...

    maski pa charter change, unless we do not have diplomatic relations with them

    In common sense .... Rape is not covered by any Immunity...and for pete's sake....our country has no relationship whatsoever to Panama....they have no interest in us....and we have zero interest in them.....prosecute tawn ning tawhana para matagam....

    to be fair on both sides, nakita nato ang CCTV footage wherein the lady willingly nikuyog sa diplomat on his condo unit, holding hands with public display of affection, nag K.I.S.S.I.N.G. pa inside the elevator infront of another person..

    we don't need a degree in psychology to discern.. need i say more??
