    u should also consider the cycle method in taking up supplements, like for example take a month of whey protein and creatine and stop for a month pd and then balik npd the next month..in my case i bought a 5lb whey protein and jack3d and after i finished all of them i stopped for this month of may balik npd ko next month june...the reason behind it is to not damage your liver and kidney

    Pre-workout: Banana + Water
    Post-workout(After jud sa cooldown, kanang wala naka'y singot): 2 Hard Boiled Eggs <---- Eggwhite ra ang kan-a

    Mao na ako bai, lean2x og cut2x ko, dili ko bus-ok nga mura og pantat. Mura2x og Olympic Runner og lawas ba.

    I would say that for a begginer anything that you'll do in the gym will benefit you especially if you got good genetics. Bisan dugay paka sa gym or bisan wa pa kay supplements. The fact na your body faces new level of stress creates micro trauma sa muscle and in return during the recovery process (time na mukaon naka, pahuwya ug tulog) you'll gain if not great a good amount of muscle. However, plateau will occur on the next 2-3 months after training. That's when murty nakag gamit supplement, up your training intensity or plan well according to your body type, lifestyle and goals.     unsa pud nindot na supplement kung home gym lang..like P90x program...? my plan is to gain...im 5,11 nya skinny kau...and unsa pud inyong ka.suggest na training..lau man gud ang amo sa gym...nya mall hours pjud akong duty sa work..thanks daan...
