ambo nganu call center is not called a job... it's a job non the less... is it because comparing to other jobs mas "loose" ang personel sa office?? I'm not working sah call center but I know the stress involved.. (ako sis nag work ug call center before)
Sorry ha but i would bet everything na ang nag comment ug ingana ang mga naka suway na sa call center. Nag cge absent ug pabadlong mao nang wala silay future sa industry. With any other "Jobs" it would require hard work and sacrifice to advance your career. I was with the industry for 9 years and climbed up the ladder through hard work. Kana sila mga bitter lang mao na negative ilang comments. Mo ingon sila maka stagnate? That's because they don't take the initiative to learn. They limit themselves to what their job descriptions say. That's how you get noticed and advance your career, taking the initiative
^^ just asking...
do call center offer you a retirement pay?? All jobs offer you some kind of remuneration with the services you've rendered on that company....
being in a call center is a job alright... but not all call center gives you the security of tenure that most stable jobs offer you.
Per Se, I have been in a call center for 8 years also and I know for the fact that most call center jobs are co-terminus with the account you are in.. Well, if your lucky you can be transferred to other accounts... some gets floated or just asked to be resigned nalang.. (paets)
Between working on the likes of a company like San Miguel, PLDT or SHELL (bigwig companie), my dad worked his hard part off and got a retirement pay when he retired at age 65...
Question is... Would the call center give you the security of tenure, retirement pay when your about to go to that age
