As what the bible entails there was daytime and evening even before the sun was created so this very term daytime and evening is the same when the sun and moon was created.
God created time even before the sun and moon. So as what is described in Genesis the term "daytime and evening" even applied to the 1st 3 days of creation. So daytime and evening is the point of reference of the 24 hour period in relation to when the sun and moon was created.
Notice that the sun was not called "light" but "greater light".

Einstein studied the physical universe and relativity He did not study the origins of the earth and God.
In einsteins explanation of time that it is relative to how fast you move and does not deal with the seven day creation.
Of course his theory of time would still apply if you have a space ship that moves at the speed of light then time would stop during the day of creation if you are the passenger.
But why would we even bother measuring how fast an object moves that would affect time?
Is there even a spaceship that moves at the speed of light in the time of creation? Why would that even be significant?
You see your arguments are totally irrelevant to the subject.

Table rana why is there no explanation in archeology to how a computer will be built.
Or why cant Biology explain how politics work.

When the earth was created. But again it was God who defined the 24 hours when there was "morning and evening" in relation to when the earth was created 2 days later.
The thing that you missed is that time that was created on the first day and it was God who created time.
This is the biblical interpretation.

And we all know that in science time can not only be measured through the rotation of the earth
or the roman calendar perspective.
