I badly need help in opening a Paypal account. I do not have any idea what is this. Your comments and suggestions will be appreciated.

basin imo nahan unsaon pag verify sa PayPal account. If you have specific question TS na.a ako friend diri ga work sa PayPal oh.

If you do not have a credit card account, I suggest opening up a Union bank debit account, since this allows online banking.
Once opened, link this debit to your PayPal, then boom! you have it.
Make sure you are over 18.

Here are the steps:

1. Go to the PayPal website and log in to your account.
2. Click "Profile" at the top of the page.
3. Click the "Credit Cards" link in the Financial Information column.
4. Click "Add a Card" if you already have a card registered.
5. Enter your information and click "Add Card."
