I think ga rescaling nasad (confidential nasad daw). Otherwise, I would have to agree with CocoCrunch that there are people in this company receiving lower than 21k. OJTs, Janitors and Guards for example are good examples. Luckily, even the HR and Office clerks are receiving good numbers. For the TS, you really stepped on a landmine there...however true your information is. The fact is people will get sensitive and will confront you with your opinion simply because of how you said your piece. It is really unlucky that several threads have been started on this company and it always ends up with people arguing. I hope I am right in saying that there are a lot of good people and good intentions in this company and these threads are not a reflection of what this company really is. Finally for the TS, once the company will find this thread, and depending on the amount of "confidential information" divulged here this might be up for deletion. Please remember the company's rules. I really hope one day, a thread in istorya opens up for sherpans where we can simply just hang out and not end up in an argument.

bro kung kanang agent lang gyud, 14750 man ang basic..pero base na sa akong sweldo sauna ha? wa ko kahibaw kung dako ang uban or gagmay ang uban..labi na katong lahi ug acct..basta kay mao nay basic nako..and some of my wavemates. mao na starting -- 14 750. then naa mi program allowance nga 3k nya naa pa to isa ka allowance. nalimot nako. bsta kay per month nga makuha namo is 20-22k. not bad for singles. not bad for those nga gikan ug kumpanya nga mas gamay ug sweldo. bsta kay ako,nalingaw kos cvg. wa man ko nag-apas sa sweldo sad. be it gamay or dako,mas impt if ganahan ka sa kumpanya.
